Solarity Credit Union is seeking a Facilities Administrator in Yakima, WA!The Facilities Administrator holds a key responsibility in maintaining and enhancing the experience of members and employees from a facilities standpoint. This person will work with the executive team to understand and plan for long-term organizational growth plans, assess the need for expansions, and develop a facility plan accordingly. This position also maintains vendor contracts and agreements, working with Executive Leadership to secure signatures, maintain the contract archive, and ensure that renewals and evaluated and negotiated as appropriate to meet organizational needs.This position works with vendors and staff and will be responsible for maintaining relationships to ensure that projects are on time, on budget, and completed to the satisfaction of key stakeholders.The new Facilities Administrator will receive a minimum of 3 months on-the-job training and mentorship upon hire. This will give exposure to vendors, Solarity culture, and expectations of the role.A Day in the life of a Facilities Administrator:Each day will be a different adventure in this role.
