As aProject / Program Specialistat Rosemount Specialty Products you will work with our customers to plan and manage your programs objectives. As aProject / Program Specialistyou will oversee the entire process and offer guidance to team members and Managers while ensuring proper internal communication between interdependent teams and the external customers is clear, compelling, and concise.

  • Manages, plansand schedulesprojects / programs workload.
  • Ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to project/program problems.
  • Ensures projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Gathers and analyzes information to prepare status reports.
  • Provides administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, and documentation.
  • Evaluates current processes and recommends changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects.
  • Ensures that all work orders and projects/programs are properly documented and closed in scheduling systems
  • Determines the level of schedule compliance and identifies reasons for completion shortfalls.
  • You build and deliver programs that meet customer expectations.
  • You create teamwork within the organization allowing others across the organization to achieve shared objectives.
  • You think broadly. You set the schedule and budget for a program and are responsible for the success of all the projects in that program.
  • You understand the importance and interdependence of customer relationships.
  • You identify opportunities that benefit the customer.
  • You deliver messages in a clear, compelling, and concise manner.
