We are interested in all qualified candidates, including those outside the area who are open to relocating to the Yakima Valley. Relocation allowance is available.This position is not eligible for sponsorship.The Digital Marketer is responsible for search engine marketing (SEM), the planning, implementing, and managing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns, and the company's overall search engine optimization (SEO) strategy and execution, including conversion rate optimization (CRO). This position will conduct market research, analyze data and consumer trends, content strategy planning, and implement SEM/SEO that maximizes search returns, click-throughs, and conversion.What We're Looking For:

  • Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns
  • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Continually current on trends and best search engine marketing practices
  • In-depth experience with bid management tools preferred
  • Adept in and experienced with website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports (Tableau experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Broad experience with SEO
  • Working knowledge of HTML? CSS? and WordPress content management system (CMS)
  • Understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategy
  • Excellent communication skills

    What You'll Do:

    • Execute tests, collect and analyze data? identify trends and insights
    • Achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns using analysis of data
    • Identify KPIs, track, report, and analyze website analytics
    • Identify KPIs, track? report? and analyze PPC initiatives and campaigns
    • Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, estimate monthly costs, submit invoices, and reconcile discrepancies
    • Partner with others to develop effective digital marketing strategies
    • Collaborate with others to optimize copy for campaigns and the website, including landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
    • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization
    • Responsible for maintaining all YVFWC websites and collaborating with others to optimize website layout and user experience to increase traffic and drive conversion
    • Research and analyze competitors, including advertising links
    • Create, dispatch, measure, and optimize email marketing campaigns
    • Manage relationships with outside vendor

        Minimum Requirements:

        • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, communications, information technology, business, or a related field. Relevant experience in digital marketing or a similar field can substitute for the degree on a year-for-year basis.
        • At least 3 years of professional work experience in digital marketing. At least 1 year of this must involve executing and analyzing pay per-click (PPC) campaigns.

          Nice to have but not required:

          • Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook, SEO, SEM, and Tableau certification.
