WHAT YOU'LL DOThe NAMR Talent Acquisition Planning and Reporting
Lead is responsible for ensuring that annual hiring targets are
allocated appropriately across candidate pools and BCG offices as
well as that the TA team has the necessary interview and event
infrastructure in place to achieve those hiring targets.
Additionally, the Planning and Reporting Lead maintains and
leverages high-quality data to support BCG's ability to recruit
more effectively and efficiently.
This individual will work closely with and report to the NAMR
Talent Acquisition Senior Manager for Screening, Selection, and
Analytics, as well as collaborate with the NAMR Talent Acquisition
Analytics Senior Specialist to ensure data can be translated into
accurate, actionable insights for the broader TA team. This
individual will also work closely with office and NAMR talent
acquisition teams.YOU'RE GOOD ATPrimarily, this person will:
- Along with the NAMR TA Operations Director, collaborate with
NAMR Finance and NAMR TA office / system leads on the hire targets
setting process, including:
- Providing historical hiring data as needed to NAMR Finance
- Allocating targets across candidate pools, offices and start
dates based on historical hiring trends
- Ensuring any mid-year adjustments to targets are reflected in
reporting and communicated to the broader TA team
- Support dynamic capacity planning, including:
- Determining first and decision round interview capacity that
will be required to fill hiring targets by office using historical
interview yields and hiring timeline data
- Monitoring hiring progress vs. targets and scheduled interviews
and proactively flagging if offices are off-track
- Develop and maintain ongoing metrics, reports and scorecards to
drive decisions, including:
- "Real-time" pipeline reports
- Offer status and target tracking
- Cross offer performance
- NAMR and office-level scorecards
- Coordinate the bi-annual Consulting Team staff recruiting
commitments assignment process, including:
- Working with the NAMR Associate, Consultant, Experienced Hire,
Diversity, and Digital TA teams to ensure all necessary recruiting
events are captured in the system
- Updating and administering survey to Consulting Team to capture
interests and availability for recruiting events and providing
output to office and NAMR teams to facilitate staffing of
events
- Work with Consultant and Associate TA teams to support the
school planning process
- Ensure NAMR data is captured and reported accurately in all
global reporting outputs
- Work with key stakeholders across the Talent Acquisition
function to improve quality and timeliness of data
- Monitor and validate data ensuring accurate and complete data
is stored, set standards for annual reporting cycles to ensure data
used is consistent across years
- Solicit input from key stakeholders on functionality of
existing reports and tools and unmet reporting needs and work with
TA Analytics Senior Specialist to evolve or create new tools as
necessary
- Respond to ad hoc requests from talent acquisition leadership
and teams, global HR, etc.
- Perform other duties and special projects as requiredYOU BRING
(EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- BA/BS required
- 6 or more years of previous data and reporting experience.
Prior experience with recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR is a
plus
- Strong Excel skills
- Knowledge of BCG recruiting processes and experience with
Avature preferred
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, plan workflow
and take initiative
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to
detail, accurate and thorough
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive
personal and professional image, high standards of professional
behavior and ethics
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
and work well under pressure

confidentialYOU'LL WORK WITHOur Talent Acquisition team supports
entry-level, experienced and digital hiring across NAMR. Our team
has broad exposure to key BST and CT talent acquisition
stakeholders across the region, as well as global TA
teams.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONCandidates will be considered at the
Lead or Manager level, depending on experience
