TEAM MEMBER, you will take customer orders, prepare great food,
ensure restaurant safety and cleanliness, and communicate and
recognize the efforts of other team members. We also hope you make
friends and spread smiles. Candidates must: be 16 years of age or
older; have access to dependable and reliable transportation; be
punctual; and be eager to learn and grown.As a SHIFT LEADER, you
support the Restaurant General Manager ("RGM") by running great
shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards. You take ownership and
responsibility to solve problems. You encourage, guide, teach and
inspire others to get from where they are to where they want to
be.As an ASSISTANT MANAGER, you support the RGM by managing great
shifts and completing administrative duties. In the absence of the
RGM, you provide the leadership necessary to make sure the
restaurant consistently operates to Taco Bell standards. You assist
the RGM with facility maintenance, finding/hiring and developing
great Team Members and Shift Leads, and making sure health and
