Number of openings: 1 Fulltime, Year Round

Location: Mattawa; Ag Services

Working Shift: Day Shift

Hours & Work Days: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm, Monday - Friday; May vary depending on production.

• Manage office personnel and coordinate with HR staff on site.
• Maintain cross training of all office tasks.
• Responsible for purchase orders, credit cards, and reporting.
• Provide support to payroll collection system and perform payroll edits.
• Monitor Organic and SQF (Food Safety) programs.
• Assist employees and vendors who show up on-site.
• Gathering information from (and provide to) various departments, summarize, and distribute.
• Monitoring, implementing, and supporting company policies and procedures.
• Provide business support for orchard management team.
• Support management in monitoring contractual obligations.
• Tracking, reconciliation, and reporting of production records.
• Other duties may encompass other than the duties listed.

    • Demonstrated ability to provide support and project coordination.
    • Ability to problem solve, be flexible and maintain composure in stressful situations.
    • Be able to analyze/prioritize issues and ensure effective solutions.
    • Build and maintain good relationships with customers, co-workers & vendors.
    • Must demonstrated organizational skills, be detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
    • Must have High School Diploma or GED, preferably 2 years of college education.
    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & Outlook, Power Point a plus.
    • Demonstrated professional telephone skills.
    • Must be able to present themselves in a professional manner; communicate effectively with co-workers, customer, and public.
    • Must have valid Driver's License.
    • Must be flexible with work schedule.
    • Bilingual English / Spanish.
