Family Practice Physician needed for Indian Health Outpatient Clinic.

Pay rate: $85/hr plus H&T
Location: Yakama Service Unit 401 Buster Road Toppenish, WA 98948 (162 miles away from Seattle / 165 miles away from Portland, OR)


---100% outpatient clinic
---EMR charting (Standard I.H.S. EMR)
---Board certification or eligibility required
---20-22 patients per day
---Housing, travel, and local transportation
---Credentialing and hospital privileges processing
Tour of Duty: Initially 3 months / or 120 days. No substitutions in the first 3 months
Start Date: Appx 1 April 2016 to July 1
Hours of Operation: Monday - Wednesday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Thursday - 12:45 PM to 5:00 PM
Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday & Sunday --- Closed - Closed on All Federal Holidays
