The Acquisition Analyst will provide support to PEO IWS 5.0.
Responsibilities will include:
Provide overall Acquisition planning and program management
Task Planning and Allocations - Support overall Annual Task
Planning and Allocations; engage with field activities on tasking
details, determine the tasks that will be funded under the provided
controls and allocated across activities. Assist in the
prioritization of unfunded tasks and perform in-depth requirements
analysis as needed.
Spend Plans - Assist in development and tracking/mgt of spend
plans. Tracking obligation and expenditure and comparing to
benchmarks. Assist APM with CR planning.
Data calls - Support data calls and funding deep dives as requested
Analyses - Support analyses such as monthly financial reviews,
yearly comparisons, and develop impact statements when required
Brief Development/Support - Assist in the development of formal and
ad hoc briefs. Examples: POM Issue Briefs, program briefs, analysis
summaries, status meetings and drumbeats, etc.
Project Status Updates - Assist in obtaining statuses of tasks and
coordinate to get these inputs as needed
Meeting Support - Develop meeting agendas, track actions, setup
meetings through MS teams, etc.
Required skills and experience include:
Bachelor's Degree and 5 years relevant experience or Associate's
Degree and 10 years relevant experience
US Citizen with Secret Security Clearance
Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel in
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
PPBE knowledge a plus
