Job Description:

Candidates considered for this role will be responsible for working with laborers, carpenters, and leadership to successfully complete the coordination of commercial construction projects. Candidates must have at least 4 years of commercial carpentry work (journeyman level) and have experience teaching and training apprentice level carpenters.Skills:Carpenter, commercial construction, tilt-up, multi family, slabs, concrete , framingAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Basic Qualifications At least 4 years of experience in concrete forming, placing, and finishing. At least 2 years of experience with rough / finish carpentry and framing. Or An equivalent combination of experience and education. Preferred Qualifications At least 6 years of experience as a Journeyman Carpenter. Possess an OSHA 30 or 10, and/ or first aid certification(s). Possess a forklift card and/or scissor lift card.
