Job Description:

Assist residents with daily living activities and medication management under the direction of a licensed nurse.
Provide personalized care and support to residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care settings.



Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Set up and dispense medication to residents according to physician orders.
  
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  
• Monitor and record medication administration and resident care.
  
• Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate medication management.
