Direct Automotive Distributing is currently seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our sales team in our Pasco, WA location. This position involves a high volume of face-to-face customer contact. This position is full time Monday Friday. Travel required with some overnights possible.Minimum Job Requirements4-5 years of Sales experience within the Automotive Parts industry.2-3 years of experience with routine Cold Calling of potential clients to develop business.Demonstrated ability in problem solving and negotiation with special emphasis on closing sales.Strong relationship building skillsAbility to conduct business in a professional manner with both internal and external customers.Excellent oral and written communication skills including formal presentation skills.Computer skills w/ emphasis on Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point.Ability to lift 70lbsValid drivers license and good driving recordPerforms other duties as assigned.Direct Automotive offers well-balanced compensation and benefits programs, which may include medical, dental, 401K with company match, paid holidays/vacation.
