About the Role Yakima Orthotics & Prosthetics is an independent, clinician-led, ABC-accredited practice serving the Yakima Valley and surrounding communities. Here, you’ll have the time, tools, and trust to practice the way you were trained—without quotas, sales targets, or corporate pressure. You’ll work in a modern facility with a full in-house fabrication lab and experienced technicians who bring your designs to life. Responsibilities Evaluate, design, fabricate, fit, and align custom orthotic and prosthetic devices Provide hands-on, patient-centered care from evaluation through follow-up Educate patients and families on device use, care, and rehabilitation goals Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and in-house fabrication technicians Maintain accurate documentation and uphold professional standards Participate in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives Qualifications ABC or BOC Certified (or Board Eligible) Eligible for Washington State licensure Strong clinical reasoning and technical skills Excellent communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities Dedication to evidence-based, patient-centered care Salary & Benefits Base Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 DOE Benefits include: 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance HSA, life insurance, and Employee Assistance Program Paid time off and holidays Continuing education and professional development support Relocation assistance available Work Schedule Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM No weekends, no on-call Why You’ll Love Yakima O&P No quotas — ever.
