Description Under the general direction of department leadership, a Journey Physical Therapist provides specific treatment programs for patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy and as prescribed by a physician (when required) and performs related duties as assigned. Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association. upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License. upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association. Minimum experience is obtained as part of the accredited physical therapy program as an intern. Preferred qualifications: Master's Degree in Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association. Or D.P.T. in Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association. Or Experience in outpatient setting. Experience with pediatrics. Why Join Providence?
